Xicheng District, Beijing has issued a competitive consultation notice for its 2026 peak-valley electricity meter project, with a budget and maximum price of 3,493,259.32 yuan. It is split into two packages. Package 1 (3,015,734.46 yuan) covers the capacity upgrade of the Gongjian Road X16 500kVA box transformer on the 10kV 240 line from Beixinqiao Station: demolish the old unit and build a new 4G-630kVA box transformer on site, including 1kV cable, automation and box transformer works, with a 400-calendar-day construction period from October 20, 2026 to November 24, 2027. Package 2 (477,524.86 yuan) covers household line renovation for 100 residents in 12 subdistricts eligible under the coal-to-electricity policy before the heating season, including line laying, meter boxes and switch installation, with a 60-calendar-day period ending December 19, 2026. The project is reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises. Package 1 requires Grade 3 or above power engineering construction qualification; Package 2 requires Grade 3 or above building construction qualification. Both need a valid safety production license and a project manager holding a Grade 2 or above registered constructor certificate (mechanical and electrical) with a safety B certificate. Interested SMEs should obtain documents on the Beijing Government Procurement Electronic Trading Platform from September 30 to October 13, 2026, and submit responses before 09:00 on October 16, 2026.
