北京经济技术开发区科技和产业促进局发布2026年度第二批“揭榜挂帅”项目榜单，面向社会公开征集揭榜方，推动科技创新与产业创新深度融合。榜单围绕经开区产业链供应链提升需要，聚焦新一代信息技术、生物医药和大健康、机器人和智能制造、智能网联汽车等主导产业，采取“政府搭台、链主企业出题、创新主体答题、产业链验证”方式，引导产学研用协同攻关。对揭榜成功的单位，按“里程碑”节点给予资金支持，单个项目资助金额不高于榜单规定的支持额度，原则上不超过1000万元。揭榜单位须为国内法人单位，具备较强研发实力、良好科研条件、稳定科研团队及榜单任务要求的其他条件，接受单独申报与联合申报，申报材料须对榜单任务需求全覆盖。揭榜截止时间为2026年10月28日17:00，需填写《北京经济技术开发区“揭榜挂帅”项目申报书》，签字盖章后彩色扫描版发送至主管产业部门邮箱。评审采取会议评审方式择优遴选。政策咨询：科技和产业促进局产业政策处，电话010-83508768，邮箱k***@bda.gov.cn。符合条件的企业、高校、科研院所、新型研发机构应尽快对照榜单准备申报材料，在截止日期前完成提交。

English version — Beijing E-Town 2026 Batch 2 Open Call for Research Projects
The Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (E-Town) Science and Technology and Industry Promotion Bureau has released its 2026 second-batch "open call" (Jiebang Guashuai) project list, inviting domestic legal entities—enterprises, universities, research institutes and new R&D institutions—to bid as solvers. The projects target E-Town's industrial chain and supply chain upgrading in next-generation information technology, biomedicine and big health, robotics and intelligent manufacturing, and intelligent connected vehicles. The model is government platform + chain-leader company posing problems + innovators solving them + industrial chain verification. Successful solvers receive milestone-based funding, with a single project capped at no more than RMB 10 million, subject to the support amount stated in the project list. Both individual and joint applications are accepted. Proposals must fully cover the task requirements with clear research content, technical routes and assessment indicators. The submission deadline is 17:00 on October 28, 2026. Applicants must complete the official application form, sign and seal it, and email a color scan to the responsible industry department.
