English version — Hangzhou Public Rental Bidding for Six State-Owned Properties
Hangzhou Yunhe Industrial Operation Management Co., Ltd., acting for Hangzhou Shanglv Asset Management Co., Ltd., has opened public bidding on leases for six state-owned properties, including Kangzeyuan, Jinchangyuan, Kangjinyuan, Pinghai Road and Xizhao Xincun. Each lot must be leased as a whole; the deposit is 25% of the first-year rent. Eligible bidders are legally registered domestic legal persons, unincorporated organizations, or natural persons with full civil capacity. Bidding uses a one-time sealed quote, highest offer wins. Note that Lot 5 is currently occupied and has not been cleared or handed over; the lessor does not guarantee a clearance date or delivery time, and the winning bidder bears all clearance risks and costs and may not terminate the contract or reclaim the deposit on grounds of failed clearance or delayed delivery. Registration runs October 12-16, 2026 (five working days), with ID, power of attorney and business license copies required. A bidding deposit of RMB 10,000 per lot must be paid before 15:30 on October 12, 2026, to the designated Pudong Development Bank or ICBC Hangzhou accounts. On-site bidding takes place at 9:30 on October 19, 2026, at Tiancheng International Office Building, 117 Jichang Road, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou. If no bidder is found, the disclosure period extends in 10-working-day cycles.
