Bids are one-time sealed offers, highest bidder wins; each lot cannot be split. Lot 1 (Mingyue Jiayuan Zone 1, Unit 30) is currently occupied and not yet cleared, and is leased as-is with no delivery guarantee, so bidders bear all clearance risk.
