English version — Hangzhou Opens Bidding for RMB 16B Deposits
The Hangzhou Municipal Finance Bureau, through the Hangzhou Public Resources Trading Center, has launched an open tender (No. HZZFCG-2026-143) for the competitive placement of 2026 municipal fiscal account time deposits (large-denomination social security certificates of deposit), totaling RMB 16 billion. Package 1 covers 3-year time deposits of RMB 8 billion placed with 6 different banks; Package 2 covers 2-year time deposits of RMB 8 billion placed with 6 different banks. Eligible bidders are licensed deposit-taking financial institutions in China, including commercial banks, urban and rural credit cooperatives, and policy banks.
