English version — Design Tender for Suzhou Shishan Urban Renewal Phase I
Suzhou High-Tech Zone Shishan Business Innovation District Management Office, with Suzhou Gaoxin Engineering Construction Management Co., Ltd. as tenderee, has launched a public design tender for the Suzhou Shishan Urban Renewal and Reconstruction Project (Phase I), approved under document Su Hu Data Xiang Jian [2026] No. 69. The scope covers renovation of about 640.61 sqm of existing old buildings, ecological environment improvement of about 45,200 sqm, local road network upgrading of about 4.03 km, underground pipeline renewal of about 20.34 km, one fitness activity base, and upgrades to 8 farmers' markets. This is a multi-discipline design package combining architecture, municipal works and landscape, open to consortia of up to 3 firms, with a 60-calendar-day design period. Eligible bidders need engineering design comprehensive Grade A qualification, or a combination of Grade B or above in building engineering, Grade B or above in municipal road and bridge works, Grade A or above in drainage works, and Grade A in landscape design; the project leader must be a senior engineer. Tender documents are available from October 22 to October 29, 2026 via the Suzhou Trading Group comprehensive platform with a CA digital certificate, and bids are due by 09:30 on November 12, 2026, evaluated by the comprehensive assessment method.
