The tender covers construction and warranty-stage supervision for a new gymnasium at 1188 Wuzhong Avenue, Wuzhong District, Suzhou: total floor area about 23,614.86 sqm (above ground about 16,311.65 sqm, underground about 7,303.21 sqm), building height 17.95 m. The estimated supervision contract price is RMB 3,025,700 (302.57 wan yuan), with a supervision service period of 636 calendar days. The tenderer is Suzhou Jiangnan Construction Project Management Co., Ltd.; the agent is Jiangsu Equipment Complete Set Co., Ltd.
