机会点：这是高校编制内专任教师岗位的直接用人需求，面向高层次人才（50周岁及以下）和海外优秀学者（40周岁及以下），要求博士研究生学历和博士学位，海外博士学位以教育部留学服务中心学历学位认证为准。社会人员须具有北京市常住户口或符合北京市人才引进相关条件和在京就业落户有关要求；留学归国人员须符合北京市人才引进相关条件和在京就业落户有关要求；博士后出站人员拟聘用前须为2026年全职脱产在站博士后。

怎么参与：自公告发布之日起至2026年11月15日期间接受报名，每人限报一个岗位，填写简历并投递至学院邮箱（见附件1），邮件命名方式为“姓名—应聘部门—2026年高层次人才/海外优秀学者”。简历模板见附件2《北京工商大学应聘登记表》，须同时提供EXCEL及PDF文件，最后一页“诚信承诺”需手写签名后扫描，各类信息均须附证明材料。流程为资格审查、面试（1:5确定复选）、复选评议（1:3确定学校评议）、学校评议、校长办公会审议及党委常委会审定、体检、心理素质测评、政审、公示7个工作日。
时间窗口：报名截止2026年11月15日。

English version — Beijing Technology and Business University Recruiting 30 Faculty
Beijing Technology and Business University (BTBU), a high-level research university in Beijing, is recruiting 30 full-time faculty members with established public-institution posts (bianzhi) for 2026. BTBU ranks 10th worldwide in Food Science and Engineering in the 2025 U.S. News subject rankings, with nine disciplines including Agricultural Sciences, Chemistry and Engineering entering the ESI global top 1%.
The call targets high-level talent aged 50 and under (born September 1975 or later) and outstanding overseas scholars aged 40 and under (born September 1985 or later). Applicants must hold a doctoral degree; overseas degrees must be certified by the Chinese Service Center for Scholarly Exchange. Social applicants need Beijing permanent residency or must meet Beijing talent-introduction and employment/settlement requirements. Returning overseas graduates and postdoctoral researchers must meet the same requirements; postdoctoral applicants must be full-time in-station postdocs in 2026 and obtain the postdoctoral certificate upon onboarding.
Applications are open from the announcement date until November 15, 2026. Each applicant may apply for only one position by submitting a resume to the relevant school/college email listed in Attachment 1, with the email subject formatted as "Name—Department—2026 High-level Talent/Outstanding Overseas Scholar." The resume template is in Attachment 2, submitted in both EXCEL and PDF, with the integrity commitment page hand-signed and scanned. The process includes qualification review, interview (top 1:5 shortlisted), re-selection review (top 1:3), university review, approval by the President's Office and Party Committee Standing Committee, medical examination, psychological assessment, political review, and a 7-working-day public notice.
