Jinzhong Ruiyuxuan Catering Management Co., Ltd. invites public bids for the EPC general contracting of the Ruiyuxuan Hotel project in Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province. The project is approved by the Jinzhong Administrative Approval Service Administration (project code 2609-140700-89-01-144831) and funded by corporate capital and bank loans. Scope: one lot covering scheme design, construction drawing design, construction, procurement, installation and commissioning, completion testing and acceptance, handover, and defect liability repairs. Site: east of Liaoyang Road, south of Fengming Street. Land area 1,643.34 sq m; existing building 1,952.1 sq m to be renovated and expanded; floor area ratio ≤4.6; building density ≤98%; height ≤30 m. Estimated total investment: RMB 63.142 million. Construction period: 150 calendar days. Bidders need Grade B or above architectural design qualification, Grade 3 or above building construction general contracting, Grade 2 or above building decoration specialty contracting, and a valid safety production license.
