English version — Bid Invitation: Wuma River Flood Control Works, Taigu
The Taigu District Water Conservancy Development Center in Jinzhong, Shanxi, invites public bids for the remaining-funds addition to the Wuma River flood control capacity upgrade project (Pangzhuang to Huima Village and Beiliumen section). Funding comes from central water conservancy development funds, approved under Tai Shen Pi [2022] No.58 and Tai Shui [2026] No.56. Scope covers 271.5 m of channel dredging, 4,106 m of riverbed regulation, 897.8 m of new revetment, 762.5 m of slope toe protection, one anti-scour river-fixing sill, and repair of one overflow weir floor. Construction period is 60 calendar days at Yangyi Township, Shuixiu Town and Xiaobai Township, Taigu District. One lot only. Bidders need a valid business license, Grade II or above general contracting qualification for water conservancy and hydropower works, a valid safety production license, a project manager with a Grade II or above constructor certificate and Class B safety certificate, and a technical lead with mid-level or above water-related title; no concurrent posts and no consortiums. Bid documents are available from 22:00 on September 29, 2026 to 22:00 on October 11, 2026 via the Jinzhong public resource trading platform with a CA certificate. Bids close and open at 09:30 on November 6, 2026, using remote online opening and blind evaluation. Qualified contractors should register in the Shanxi market entity database and obtain a CA certificate promptly.
