珠海市中级人民法院发布公告，拟重新选任6家网络司法拍卖辅助机构进入珠海法院名单库，并从库中为辖区内5家法院选定服务机构，名单库有效期为3年。入选机构将协助法院制作拍卖财产视频照片文字说明、调查核实财产现状与权利瑕疵、上传拍卖资料、提供咨询、保管看管财产、协助办理交割手续等。费用以拍卖、变卖成交价或抵债金额为基数，比例不高于《诉讼费用交纳办法》规定的申请执行费标准，单件标的不超过3.5万元、单宗案件不超过7万元，各机构需密封报价。申请机构须为中国境内注册独立法人，经营范围含司法拍卖辅助服务，注册资本500万元以上，在珠海有经营场所和设备，具备全国服务能力、驻点人员、24小时在线客服及2022年以来网拍辅助经验。报名采取现场递交方式，时间为2025年8月1日至8月8日工作日9:00-12:00、14:00-18:00，地点为珠海市香洲区梅华西路168号珠海市中级人民法院执行事务中心。流程包括形式审查、5分钟现场展示、密封报价、综合评审、7日公示、报广东省高院备案，最终按得分高低确定前6名入库，前4名服务法院，另2家为候选。符合条件且有意向的司法拍卖辅助服务机构应尽快准备材料报名。

English version — Zhuhai Courts Seek 6 Judicial Auction Support Agencies
The Zhuhai Intermediate People's Court is renewing its list of online judicial auction support agencies and will select 6 agencies for a 3-year term, with the top 4 serving 5 local courts and 2 acting as candidates. Selected agencies will assist with producing videos, photos and descriptions of auctioned assets, investigating property status and title defects, uploading auction materials, providing consultation, safekeeping assets, and handling transfer procedures. Fees are capped at 35,000 yuan per item and 70,000 yuan per case, based on the auction or debt-offset amount, and applicants must submit sealed quotations. Applicants must be registered in China with judicial auction support in their business scope, have registered capital above 5 million yuan, maintain premises and equipment in Zhuhai, offer nationwide service capability, on-site staff, 24-hour online customer service, and relevant experience since 2022. Applications are accepted in person from August 1 to August 8, 2025, on workdays from 9:00-12:00 and 14:00-18:00 at the Enforcement Affairs Center, Zhuhai Intermediate People's Court, 168 Meihua West Road, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai. The process includes document review, a 5-minute on-site presentation, sealed quotation, comprehensive scoring, a 7-day public notice, and filing with the Guangdong High People's Court. Qualified judicial auction support providers should prepare and submit materials promptly.
