English version — Jinan 2026 Manufacturing Champion and First-of-Its-Kind Equipment Certification Applications Open
Jinan's Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has launched the 2026 certification process for municipal-level manufacturing single champions and for first-of-its-kind technical equipment and key core components. Eligible enterprises registered in Jinan that meet the national industry classification and are not restricted under the green-threshold fiscal policy may apply. Successful certification enhances corporate credibility and helps secure provincial and national policy support and market recognition. Applicants must submit a stamped PDF and two bound paper copies to their local district or functional zone industry and information technology authority, which will review and forward qualified materials. The district-level submission deadline is October 23, 2026. Interested companies should contact their local authority promptly and prepare the application forms and commitment letter with complete seals and documentation.
