上海市经济和信息化委员会启动2026年度上海市“质量标杆”典型案例征集，面向集成电路、生物医药、人工智能三大先导产业及新一代电子信息、智能网联新能源汽车、高端装备、先进材料、新能源及绿色低碳、时尚消费品等六大新兴支柱产业领域，征集质量管理体系升级、质量技术创新应用、可靠性提升、产业链供应链质量联动四个方向的典型案例。机会点在于：一是入选企业将获市级“质量标杆”认定，并优先被推荐申报工信部质量提升与品牌建设典型案例，对提升企业品牌与行业话语权有直接价值；二是通知明确，申报截止日前完成制造业企业质量管理能力评价且结果为预防级及以上的企业，案例可直接入选，保证级企业可免除区级推荐及材料审核环节，为具备质量管理基础的企业提供了加速通道；三是征集方向鼓励研发设计、检验检测等生产性服务业企业面向制造业提供质量技术解决方案，为质量技术服务商、咨询机构、检测认证机构打开了对接制造业客户的入口。谁该参与：上海本地具有独立法人资格、经营状况良好、信用合规的制造业企业，以及为制造业提供质量技术解决方案的生产性服务业企业、行业协会、各区主管部门。怎么参与：申报单位须于2026年10月23日24:00前在“质量标杆”申报网站（http://zlbg.saqm.org.cn/）在线提交材料，申报信息表加盖公章并经推荐单位盖章后，报送纸质材料一份至上海市武夷路258号。官方声明不收取任何费用、未委托任何代理机构，企业应自主申报。时间窗口：申报截止2026年10月23日，距今约一个月，需尽快完成材料准备与盖章流程。

The Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization has launched the solicitation of 2026 Shanghai "Quality Benchmark" typical cases, targeting the three leading industries of integrated circuits, biomedicine, and artificial intelligence, as well as the six emerging pillar industries of next-generation electronic information, intelligent connected new energy vehicles, high-end equipment, advanced materials, new energy and green low-carbon, and fashion consumer goods.
