On September 30, 2026, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission issued notice Hu Ke [2026] No. 278, approving 15 projects under the 2026 Science and Technology Industry High-Quality Development Plan's "Elderly-Care Technology Support" program. The projects, including "Integrated Demonstration of Intelligent Assisted Diagnosis Scenarios in Rehabilitation Hospitals for Functionally Disabled Elderly," were selected through application, formal review, expert evaluation and public announcement under guideline Hu Ke Zhi Nan [2026] No. 16. Total commission funding is RMB 32.5 million, with RMB 26 million disbursed in 2026.
