The Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Huocheng County invites pre-qualification applications for the EPC contract of the 2026 Qingshuihe Town Infrastructure Project, approved by the Huocheng County Development and Reform Commission under Doc. No. Huoxian Fagai [2026] 175, funded 100% by general bond funds and local matching funds. Scope: 4,055 m x 2 of DN500-DN800 direct-buried heating pipelines (Q235B steel, design pressure 1.6 MPa; DN500 400 m x 2, DN600 1,155 m x 2, DN800 2,500 m x 2), 4 reinforced concrete inspection wells, 32 compensator wells, 37 fixed piers; plus a new 193.67 sq m single-story frame heat exchange station (height 4.65 m, 50-year design life, seismic intensity 8) with supporting equipment and landscaping.
