Pingxingguan Victory Memorial in Lingqiu County, Datong, Shanxi, has issued a public tender for the renovation and re-curation of its exhibition halls, approved by the Lingqiu County Development, Reform and Technology Bureau. Total project investment is RMB 13.4649 million, with this Lot 1 construction contract valued at about RMB 11.36637716 million; planned construction period is 365 days with a quality rating of qualified, evaluated under a blind-review method. Eligibility requires independent legal-entity status, a Grade II or higher building decoration and renovation contracting qualification, a valid business license and safety production license, and a project manager holding a Grade II or higher registered constructor certificate in building engineering with a valid B safety certificate. Bidders must register in the Shanxi public resource trading market entity database, obtain a CA digital certificate, download tender documents from the National Public Resource Trading Platform (Shanxi·Datong) between 21:00 on October 21, 2026 and 21:00 on October 26, 2026, and upload encrypted electronic bids by 09:50 on November 11, 2026, when bids open online.
