Datong Wuling Investment Group Co., Ltd. invites public bids for the full-line information system procurement (Lot 1) of the Shuishentang and Chengtouhui spring protection and water source replacement project in Datong, Shanxi. The project supplies 20 million m³/year of domestic and industrial water to Lingqiu and Guangling counties, covering intake works, 59.12 km of main pipeline, three booster pump stations, one energy recovery station and a 150,000 m³ emergency reservoir. The scope covers software and hardware supply, installation and commissioning, system development and testing, and operation and maintenance, plus technical documents, design liaison and staff training. Delivery is to the project dispatch center within 90 days of contract signing. Bidders must hold electronic and intelligent engineering contracting qualification Grade 2 or above, a safety production license, a project manager with a Grade 1 registered constructor certificate (mechanical and electrical) and Class B safety certificate, and at least one water conservancy or hydropower central control or IT system supply contract since January 1, 2021. Consortium bids are not accepted. Bid documents are available from 18:00 on October 9, 2026 to 18:00 on October 16, 2026, and bids must be submitted online by 9:30 on November 3, 2026 via the Datong public resource trading platform.
