English version — Elevator Replacement Tender for 10 Units in Datong
Datong Desheng Property Management Co., Ltd. has issued a public tender for the renovation of 10 aging elevators in one residential building at Desheng Jiayuan community, Pingcheng District, Datong, Shanxi. The project is approved by the Pingcheng District Development, Reform and Technology Bureau and funded by self-owned funds and other sources. The equipment and materials budget for this tender is RMB 1.86 million (total project investment RMB 2.08 million), covering one lot; consortium bids are not allowed.
Eligibility: manufacturers must hold a valid PRC Special Equipment Production License for elevator manufacturing (including installation, repair and modification, covering traction-driven passenger elevators); agents must hold an elevator installation (including repair) license plus the manufacturer's license and a sole authorization letter for this project.
How to participate: register in the Shanxi public resource trading market entity database, obtain a CA digital certificate, download the tender documents from the National Public Resource Trading Platform (Shanxi·Datong), and upload encrypted electronic bids before the deadline. Document acquisition runs from 18:30 on September 30, 2026 to 18:30 on October 12, 2026; bids close and open online at 10:00 on October 23, 2026.
