Anshun 2026 'Anxing Entrepreneurship' Project Bank Call for Entries

The Anshun Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is publicly collecting projects for the 2026 'Anxing Entrepreneurship' project bank. Deadline: October 31, 2026. Eligible applicants are enterprises legally registered in Anshun, or those intending to register there, with compliant operations and no serious credit violations. Six categories are sought: sci-tech achievement + entrepreneurship, industrial development + entrepreneurship, vocational skills + entrepreneurship, livelihood needs + entrepreneurship, return-home entrepreneurship, and other projects with market potential and job-creation capacity. Benefits for selected projects include: development special funds generally allocated from the project bank; policy consulting, resource matching, expert guidance and incubation services; one-on-one mentoring by municipal entrepreneurship mentors; priority recommendation to provincial and municipal incubation bases; entrepreneurship guarantee loans up to RMB 300,000 for individuals and RMB 4 million for small and micro enterprises, plus fiscal interest subsidies, one-time startup subsidies and venue rental subsidies; and priority recommendation to training programs, financing matchmaking events, and resource-docking activities in Guangzhou.
