Anshun Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau is publicly recruiting service providers for its 2026 "Anxing Entrepreneurship" service provider pool. Approved providers will deliver investment and financing, incubation, talent and training, technology and quality, management consulting, market development and legal services to entrepreneurs and small businesses across six priority fields: aviation equipment and low-altitude economy, culture and tourism, new integrated energy, health medicine and tourism food, digital intelligence, and modern mountain agriculture. Providers are centrally managed by the bureau, receive an admission letter, and serve a one-year term renewable based on performance. Eligible applicants are legally registered enterprises, social organizations or industry associations with professional service capacity, no bad credit record and no major violations in the past three years.
