Yantai High-Tech Zone RMB 240M Infrastructure Renovation Tender

Yantai High-Tech Zone has launched a public tender for the Green Future Base infrastructure project, tendered by Yantai Binhe Huayuan Real Estate Co., Ltd., with 100% state-owned (non-fiscal) funding. The project in Yantai High-Tech Zone is divided into two lots. Lot 1 covers renovation works with a total floor area of about 37,400 sqm, including curtain wall and waterproofing repair, decoration and structural strengthening, with a planned investment of about RMB 80 million. Lot 2 covers supporting facilities upgrade of about 20,000 sqm, including HVAC and energy station renovation, fire protection, water supply and drainage, intelligent systems, monitoring, elevator repair, power distribution room expansion, rooftop PV, and integrated PV-storage-charging smart charging systems, with a planned investment of about RMB 160 million. Total planned investment is about RMB 240 million, with completion required by March 31, 2028. Bidders must hold at least Grade 2 General Contracting for Building Construction and a valid safety production license; the project manager must hold at least a Grade 2 registered constructor certificate (building construction) and a B-class safety certificate. Consortium bids are accepted, and bidders may bid for and win both lots. Tender documents are available free of charge from September 30, 2026, 20:30 to October 10, 2026, 17:00 via the Yantai Public Resources Trading website. Bids are due and will be opened on October 21, 2026, at 14:00, using online bid opening, cross-province remote evaluation and the separation of evaluation and determination method. Qualified general contractors, specialist subcontractors and consortia should download the documents and obtain a CA certificate promptly.
