English version — Yantai Muping 1,613-Mu Ginger Soilless Cultivation Base Seeks Consultancy & Supervision
Yantai Hongji Rural Eco-Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. invites public bids for full-process consultancy and supervision services for a soilless ginger cultivation demonstration base in Muping District, Yantai. The project, filed with the Muping District Administrative Approval Service Bureau and fully funded by state-owned non-fiscal investment, covers 1,613 mu of transferred land in Xingxibo Village, Longquan Town. It includes seedling greenhouses, intelligent soilless ginger cold sheds, 27 temporary watch houses, plus washing and drying equipment, material yards, power distribution, monitoring, water supply and drainage, roads and irrigation. The single-lot scope covers project management, full-process cost consultancy (tracking and settlement audit) and engineering supervision. Construction and installation investment is about RMB 132.5086 million; the consultancy service investment is about RMB 3.18 million. Bidders need comprehensive supervision qualification or at least Grade B housing construction supervision qualification. The project leader must hold at least one national registered certificate (Grade 1 Constructor, Registered Supervision Engineer, Grade 1 Cost Engineer) or a senior engineering/economic title. A cost leader with Grade 1 Registered Cost Engineer and a supervision leader with national registered housing construction supervision engineer are required. Consortia of up to two members are accepted. Bid documents are available from 23:00 on September 30, 2026 to 17:00 on October 12, 2026 via the Yantai Public Resource Trading Network. Bids close and open online at 09:00 on October 28, 2026.
