English version — Xinjiang Horgos School Gym Construction Tender
Horgos Guomen Junior Middle School in Xinjiang has launched a public tender for construction of a new all-weather gymnasium, with the school as tenderee and Xinjiang Xinglizhong Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd. as tender agent. The project is filed with Horgos City and divided into one bid section with a 365-day construction period.
Scope covers a 2,309.16 sqm frame-structure gym (14.35 m high, 50-year design life, seismic grade 8), including a first floor with equipment room, badminton hall, restrooms, electrical and telecom rooms, offices and stairwells (including 545.79 sqm of stilt floor), and a second floor with basketball hall, restrooms, changing rooms, lobby and stairwells. Supporting works include 1,000 sqm asphalt concrete road, 1,100 m concrete curb, one septic tank, cables, rainwater and sewage manholes, drainage pipes, fire pipes and three fire hydrants.
Eligible bidders must be PRC-registered independent legal entities with at least Grade 3 general construction contracting qualification for building engineering and a valid safety production license. The project manager must hold at least a Grade 2 registered constructor certificate (building engineering) and a valid safety production assessment certificate (Class B), with no other ongoing project. Consortium bids are not accepted.
Tender documents are available free of charge from October 1 to October 12, 2026 via the Ili Prefecture public resource e-trading system (http://ggzy.xjyl.gov.cn/). Bids must be submitted by 10:30 on October 22, 2026. Qualification review is post-qualification.
