English version — Horgos Integrated Pipeline Network Phase I Tender: Gas and Steam Pipeline Construction
The Horgos Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau has issued a prequalification announcement for the 2026 Integrated Pipeline Network Construction Project (Phase I) in the Horgos Area of the Ili Industrial Cooperation Zone. The project has been approved for construction by the Horgos Economic Development Zone Development and Reform and Economic Promotion Bureau under document Huote Fagai Touzi [2026] No. 10, with funding from central budget investment, and the construction site is in Horgos City. The scope includes gas pipeline networks and steam pipeline networks, comprising 2,178 meters of medium-pressure gas pipelines, 6,696 meters of sub-high-pressure gas pipelines, and 3,827 meters of steam pipelines.
