English version — EPC Tender for 1,613-Mu Soilless Ginger Cultivation Base in Muping, Yantai
Yantai Hongji Rural Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. has issued a public tender for the EPC general contracting of a soilless ginger high-efficiency cultivation demonstration base in Muping District, Yantai. The project is filed with the Muping District Administrative Approval Service Bureau, funded 100% by state-owned (non-fiscal) investment. Located in Xingshibo Village, Longquan Town, it covers 1,613 mu of transferred land, including land leveling, seedling greenhouses, intelligent soilless ginger cold sheds, 27 temporary watch houses, plus washing/drying equipment, material yard, power distribution, monitoring, water supply/drainage, roads and irrigation facilities. Total investment is about RMB 162.5 million, with construction and installation investment of about RMB 132.5086 million. One lot, 900-day schedule (30 days design, 870 days construction).
