Tekes County Yicheng Water Affairs Co., Ltd. invites public bids for full-process supervision services (including defect liability period) on the Tekes River basin treatment and ecological restoration project in Tekes County, Ili Prefecture. The project is filed with Tekes County, funded by central and local government sources. Scope: approximately 23.5 km of river treatment covering 1,131,600 sq m, including 386,400 sq m land buffer zone restoration, 202,900 sq m water-level fluctuation zone restoration, 12,000 sq m farmland ecological interception ditches, 233,000 sq m bioretention strips, 13,300 sq m water-purifying ecological slopes, 124,000 sq m estuary wetland, and 160,000 sq m river wetland. Supervision period is 205 days. Bidders must hold comprehensive Grade A or municipal public works Grade B (or above) supervision qualification; the project lead must be a registered supervision engineer in municipal public works. No consortium bids; post-qualification review applies. Tender documents are free via the Ili Prefecture public resource e-trading system from 10:00, September 25, 2026 to 20:00, September 30, 2026.
