The Hongta Xinyuan section of the Yixing Environmental Science Park old community renovation project has been approved by the Yixing Development and Reform Commission under document Yifa Gai Tou Zi Xu (2026) No. 174. The project owner and tenderee is the Management Office of the Environmental Protection Science and Technology Industrial Park of Wuxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with 100% government funding. Jiangsu Henghong Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. is the tendering agency. Construction bidding is now open.
Scope: estimated contract value about 4.21 million yuan; small-scale works; 60-day construction period, planned start October 23, 2026 and completion December 21, 2026. Site: east of Honggao Road and west of Hongta East Street, Gaocheng Town, Yixing.
