De'an County has opened an EPC general contracting tender for its urban wastewater treatment facility upgrade and supporting pipe network renovation, approved under De Fa Gai Shen Zi [2025] No. 86. The works cover the old town, Hedong district and Jiuxian new district, with a tender ceiling of RMB 179,453,010.58. Bidding documents are available on the Jiangxi Provincial Public Resource Digital Trading Platform (https://ggzyjy.jxggzyjy.cn/tpbidder/); bids close and open on November 20, 2026 at 10:30.
Who should bid: contractors holding Municipal Public Works General Contracting Grade II or above with a valid safety production license, project managers registered as Grade II Municipal Public Works constructors with a Class B safety certificate, and design firms able to team up.
