The People's Government of Taocun Town, Qixia City, Shandong, invites open tenders for the Taocun Rural Industry Integration Development Demonstration Park project (government procurement works), fully funded by fiscal investment. The site is north of Beijing Road, Taocun Town, covering about 15 mu. The scope covers 10 flower-beam-style solar greenhouses, each with 850 sqm of floor area (8,500 sqm total), plus supporting roads, smart control systems, power supply, water supply and drainage. Estimated investment is about RMB 5.012 million, under one lot, with a 60-calendar-day construction period after notice from the tenderee. Bidders need a Grade II or above general construction contracting qualification for building works and a valid safety production license; the project is reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises, with disabled welfare units and prison enterprises treated as micro/small. A Grade II or above registered constructor with safety certificate B and no ongoing projects nationwide is required for the project manager. Joint ventures are not accepted. Tender documents are available from 20:00 on October 27, 2026 to 17:00 on November 2, 2026 via the Yantai public resource trading website; bids close and open at 09:30 on November 17, 2026 at the Qixia branch of the Yantai Public Resource Trading Center, using online bid opening and cross-city remote bid evaluation.
