Zaozhuang Laocheng Industrial Asset Operation Co., Ltd. has opened a public tender for the EPC general contracting of the Guangxin Technology Industrial Park project in Shizhong District, Zaozhuang, funded by self-raised capital. The site lies south of Donghai Road, north of Renmin West Road, east of Changjiang 6th Road and west of Gushan Road, covering 43,494 sq m (about 65.24 mu). New construction totals 24,158.86 sq m of floor area and 92,718.28 sq m of counted capacity, including two non-standard workshops (No. 3 and No. 4) of 12,079.43 sq m each, plus 13,485.65 sq m of road and parking hardening and 6,502.35 sq m of green space. The single lot covers schematic and construction drawing design, specialty design, material procurement, construction, completion acceptance, warranty and defect liability support, with a 200-day construction period. Bidders need engineering design comprehensive Grade A or building industry (architectural engineering) Grade B or above, plus building construction general contracting Grade 2 or above and a valid safety production license; consortia are accepted. Bid documents are available on the Zaozhuang public resource trading website from October 28 to November 17, 2026, and electronic bids are due by 09:00 on November 17, 2026, opened online. A digital certificate is required in advance.
