Xuchang Municipal Development and Reform Commission has issued a request-for-quote procurement for the energy-saving report review of the Yuzhou Heng'an 200MW/400MWh independent new-type energy storage project of Yuzhou Jun'an Industrial Capital Management Co., Ltd. The project builds one 200MW/400MWh storage station using lithium iron phosphate batteries, with 40 sets of 5MW/10MWh battery container units, under the power supply sector (D4420); declared annual comprehensive energy consumption is 2,809.17 tce (equivalent value), mainly electricity. The opportunity: the buyer needs a qualified third-party assessment agency holding Grade-A comprehensive credit or Grade-A professional credit in energy-related fields to issue a scientific and impartial review opinion under NDRC Order No. 31 of 2025 and Yu Fa Gai Huan Zi [2025] No. 959.
