English version — Strong-Current Renovation Tender for Old Residential Communities in Pingshan, Benxi
A public tender is open for the strong-current (power) renovation package of the old residential community upgrading project in Pingshan District, Benxi City, Liaoning. The project is approved by the Pingshan District Development and Reform Bureau under document Pingfagai Fa [2025] No. 23, funded 80% by central budget investment and 20% by district/county budget funds. The tenderee is the Pingshan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Service Center; the agent is Liaoning Qinghua Engineering Management Co., Ltd. The package covers three communities (Huafei, Xinwen, Minzheng) and consists of strong-current works, with an estimated contract value of RMB 15.3 million and a bid bond of RMB 153,000. Duration is 365 calendar days, from November 30, 2026 to November 30, 2027. Eligible bidders need at least Grade III general contracting for power engineering or Grade III specialized contracting for power transmission and transformation, plus a Grade III or above license for installation, repair and testing of power facilities; the project manager must hold a registered Grade II constructor certificate in electromechanical engineering and a safety production assessment certificate (B).
