Linzhi Municipal Transportation Construction Project Management Center, through tender agent Guozheng Juyuan Engineering Consulting Group, has issued a clarification addendum for the second tender of the S204 highway project from Xiaguo Village in Luolong County to Qunama Village in Bomi County, Tibet (Tender No. S1407003401017472003). The October 19, 2026 addendum corrects a section-name typo in the priced bill of quantities (S205 to S204), fixes an invalid default value of 0.0 for item 102-2 construction environmental fee in the online electronic BOQ, and confirms that the construction organization design will be evaluated under a blind-review format with strict layout rules. The bid submission deadline, bid opening time and bid bond deadline are all extended from October 20, 2026, 10:00 to November 4, 2026, 10:00.
