Hubei Police College has issued a competitive consultation notice for the renovation of its North Campus one-stop student service center. The contract is a full EPC package: the winner handles design, procurement, construction, acceptance, handover and warranty, and is fully responsible for quality, safety, schedule and cost. Budget is RMB 4.9 million, with a maximum price cap of RMB 4,679,021.1. Construction period is 45 days, defect liability period 24 months, warranty 2 years (5 years for waterproofing). The tender is reserved for small and medium-sized enterprises in the construction sector, accepts consortium bids, and does not allow subcontracting or imported products.
