English version — EPC Tender for 45,000 t/d Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yicheng
The Yicheng Economic Development Zone Fine Chemical Industrial Park wastewater treatment plant EPC project in Hubei has been approved by the Yicheng Development and Reform Bureau (Yi Fa Gai Pi Zi [2026] No. 22). The owner and tenderee is the Hubei Yicheng Economic Development Zone Management Committee, funded 100% by local government funds, with Huitong Construction Management Technology Co., Ltd. as tender agent. The prequalification notice is now public. The plant will be expanded to a total capacity of 45,000 t/d, covering coarse screens and lifting pump station, equalization tank, primary reaction clarifier, hydrolysis acidification tank, multi-mode AAO tank, secondary clarifier, Fenton oxidation and precipitation tanks, magnetic coagulation sedimentation tank, sludge storage tank, chemical dosing room, electrical and instrumentation, pipelines, landscaping and roads. The estimated contract value is RMB 304.2181 million, with a planned construction period of 730 calendar days and a planned start date of December 5, 2026. The opportunity is a full EPC package covering design, construction and completion acceptance. Eligible applicants are firms holding Municipal Public Works General Contracting Grade I or above plus Municipal Industry (Drainage Engineering) Design Grade B or above, or consortia of design and construction firms. Applicants must have completed at least one municipal public works project worth RMB 200 million or more in the past five years and provide audited financial reports for 2023-2025.
