The Yancheng Urban Flood Control Engineering Management Office has launched a public comparative-selection procurement for two bundled projects covering metal structure and electromechanical equipment maintenance. The project budget is RMB 650,200, with a 60-day service period at No. 2-1 Huanghai West Road, Tinghu District, Yancheng. Evaluation uses the lowest-price method. This procurement is reserved exclusively for small and micro enterprises, including welfare units for disabled persons and prison enterprises treated as micro enterprises. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Grade II or above general contracting qualification in water conservancy and hydropower engineering or electromechanical engineering, plus a valid safety production license. The project manager must be a registered Grade II or above constructor in water conservancy, hydropower, or electromechanical engineering and hold a Category B safety assessment certificate.
