广东省粤西片区（湛江）退役军人就业联盟全面启动，现面向社会广泛征集首批联盟单位。该联盟是在广东省退役军人事务厅指导下，由湛江、茂名、阳江、云浮四市退役军人事务局联合组建的跨区域就业协作平台，目标吸纳100家以上粤西地区优质企业，统筹归集四市优质岗位资源。
机会点在于：联盟为公益性就业服务联盟，不收取年费、参展费、平台使用费。加入后可免费参加各级退役军人事务部门组织的专场招聘会，优先遴选符合条件的退役军人；免费入驻粤西片区退役军人就业服务智能专区发布招聘岗位。对符合条件的联盟企业，可享受招用自主就业退役士兵税收减免政策，申请企业吸纳退役军人就业补贴；可协助办理创业担保贷款，享受“粤金戎”等退役军人专属金融服务，并在利率、抵押担保等方面获得优惠支持。此外还可参与“政校企”订单式、定向式职业技能培训，优先参加就业创业研讨、项目对接、企业交流等活动，并有机会优先推荐参评“爱国拥军模范单位”“全国退役军人就业合作企业光荣榜”等荣誉。
谁该参与：湛江、茂名、阳江、云浮四市辖区内，信誉良好、岗位稳定、适合退役军人就业的优质企业（含军创企业），要求合规经营、社会评价良好、愿意积极吸纳退役军人就业。

English version — Western Guangdong Veterans Employment Alliance Recruits First Batch of Enterprise Members
The Guangdong Western Region (Zhanjiang) Veterans Employment Alliance has fully launched and is now broadly recruiting its first batch of alliance units from society. The alliance is a cross-regional employment collaboration platform jointly established by the veterans affairs bureaus of Zhanjiang, Maoming, Yangjiang, and Yunfu under the guidance of the Guangdong Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs. It aims to recruit over 100 quality enterprises in the western Guangdong region and coordinate the aggregation of quality job resources across the four cities.
Opportunity highlights: The alliance is a public welfare employment service alliance with no annual fees, exhibition fees, or platform usage fees. After joining, members can participate free of charge in special job fairs organized by veterans affairs departments at all levels and receive priority selection of eligible veterans. They can also publish job openings for free on the Western Guangdong Region Veterans Employment Service Smart Zone. Eligible alliance enterprises can enjoy tax reduction and exemption policies for hiring self-employed veterans and apply for subsidies for enterprises absorbing veterans for employment. The alliance can assist with startup guarantee loans, provide access to veteran-exclusive financial services such as "Yue Jin Rong," and offer preferential support on interest rates, collateral, and guarantees. Additionally, members can participate in "government-school-enterprise" order-based and targeted vocational skills training, and gain priority access to employment and entrepreneurship seminars, project matchmaking, enterprise exchanges, and other activities.
