Urumqi Thermal Power (Group) Co., Ltd. has issued a public tender for the supply and service of wired balancing valve pipe sections under the Urumqi 2026 Heating Metering and Energy-Saving Retrofit Project, a municipal infrastructure works package with approved documents and funding in place. The scope covers thermal metering retrofit at heat entry points of 3,956 residential buildings and 1,839 public buildings, including 11,495 wired IoT balancing valves plus matching heat meters, ball valves, strainers, flanges, connecting bolts, full installation accessories, spare parts and technical drawings, along with supply, transport, unloading, delivery, installation and commissioning, personnel training and warranty after-sales service.
