English version — Chongqing Solicits Suggestions for 2027 Key Livelihood Projects
The Chongqing Development and Reform Commission is publicly soliciting suggestions from society for 2027 key livelihood projects. The solicitation period runs from the date of the announcement to October 22, 2026. The solicitation covers 13 categories: employment and income growth, education and teaching, medical and health care, assistance to the weak and disabled, housing security, elderly care and child support, culture and sports, urban renewal, ecological livability, social governance, transportation, and food safety. The opportunity lies in the following: This is a window period for enterprises and social organizations in the livelihood sector to embed their products and services into the government's list of key livelihood projects. Matters with mature conditions will be included in the candidate list and submitted according to procedures to the municipal party committee and municipal government for study and implementation. Who should participate: Enterprises in fields such as elderly care and childcare, community medical care, smart education, accessibility renovation, old residential community renewal, food safety testing, and public transportation services, as well as industry associations and social service institutions with mature solutions.
