Anxin County Seeks County Commercial Projects, Up to 2M CNY

Anxin County in Hebei is again openly soliciting projects and operating enterprises for its County Commercial Construction Action, offering support from the Central Service Industry Development Fund. The focus is on enhancing the upward flow of rural agricultural products by building or upgrading sorting, pre-cooling, primary processing and distribution facilities, especially ready-to-cook vegetable processing and collection centers. Eligible investments include sorting equipment (cleaning, color sorting, grading, packaging), pre-cooling equipment (ventilation, controlled atmosphere, vacuum, cold water), primary processing machinery (peelers, cutters, crushers, mixers, dryers, bagging and weighing equipment), logistics vehicles (ambient and refrigerated trucks, mini transport vehicles) and warehousing equipment (pallets, racks, forklifts). Central funding covers less than 50% of project investment, capped at 2 million CNY, and is disbursed after project acceptance. Applicants must be legally registered entities within Anxin County with physical operations, stable business, sound financial and tax credit records, no major safety accidents in three years, and no serious credit violations. The implementation period runs from October 2024 to June 2026.
