Dulata Port Cultural Tourism Facilities Construction Tender

The Dulata Port Management Committee of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture has opened a public tender for the Dulata Port Cultural Tourism Facilities Construction Project in Qapqal County, Xinjiang. The project is filed at the prefecture level of Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture and covers about 3,000 sq m: the "Silk Road Imprint" cultural display belt, the "Connecting Five Countries" folk experience zone and service station, the "Dialogue Across Time and Space" cross-border cultural tourism plaza, plus the "Impression of the National Gate" port identity signage system. The scope includes all work under the full construction drawings, tender documents, bill of quantities and addenda. One lot, 368-day construction period. Bidders must hold at least Municipal Public Works General Contracting Grade 3 qualification and a valid safety production license; the project manager must be a registered Grade 2 (or above) municipal public works constructor with a valid B certificate and no other ongoing project. No consortium bids; post-qualification review applies. Tender documents are free and available from 10:00 on October 2, 2026 to 10:00 on October 9, 2026 via the Ili Prefecture public resource e-trading system.
