苏陕协作十年来，南通与汉中已累计投入协作资金43亿元、实施项目1705个，共建11个特色产业园区，正从“承接企业落脚地”转向“培育产业集群生长地”，对上下游配套企业、技术服务和运营资源形成持续需求。
机会点集中在三类：一是园区载体与产业链配套，城固智造机加产业园聚焦汽车零部件、机械加工、智能制造、新能源，已建成标准化厂房3万余平方米、入驻企业12户，仍在招引上下游协同企业；二是特色农产品精深加工与数字化，洋县有机果蔬饮品基地、略阳天麻高新技术生产基地、留坝秦岭山珍物流产业园、西乡香橼饮料及提取物项目等，均存在原料深加工、冷链仓储、产品研发、品牌营销等合作缺口；三是高端装备与新兴产业，南郑固达数控工业母机二期、南郑如南苏陕协作产业园（高端装备、绿色食药、低空经济）、航空配套产业园、洋县新能源汽车电子电器产业园二期、西乡国动科技制造园等项目正加速推进。
适合参与的主体包括：汽车零部件及机械加工配套企业、食品饮料与药食同源产品加工企业、冷链物流与智慧仓储服务商、数控机床及工业母机上下游供应商、园区招商运营与产业服务机构，以及有意向布局西北市场的长三角企业。
参与方式：可直接对接汉中各县区苏陕协作产业园管委会或当地招商部门，围绕标准化厂房入驻、协作资金支持项目、原料基地合作、技术研发共建等方向洽谈；也可依托南通—汉中两地协作机制，以“南通企业+汉中基地”模式落地。
时间窗口：上述多个项目处于建设期或二期扩产阶段，园区招商和配套需求持续释放，建议尽早对接，具体合作条件与资金安排以当地官方发布为准。

Over ten years of Jiangsu-Shaanxi collaboration, Nantong and Hanzhong have invested a cumulative 4.3 billion yuan in cooperation funds and implemented 1,705 projects, jointly building 11 specialty industrial parks. These parks are shifting from being "landing spots for relocated enterprises" to "breeding grounds for industrial clusters," creating sustained demand for upstream and downstream supporting enterprises, technical services, and operational resources.
Opportunities are concentrated in three categories: First, park infrastructure and industrial chain support. Chenggu Intelligent Manufacturing & Machining Industrial Park focuses on auto parts, machining, intelligent manufacturing, and new energy. It has completed over 30,000 square meters of standardized factory space with 12 tenant enterprises and is still recruiting upstream and downstream collaborative enterprises. Second, deep processing and digitalization of specialty agricultural products. Yangxian Organic Fruit & Vegetable Beverage Base, Lueyang Gastrodia High-Tech Production Base, Liuba Qinling Mountain Delicacies Logistics Industrial Park, and Xixiang Citron Beverage & Extract Project all have cooperation gaps in raw material deep processing, cold-chain warehousing, product R&D, and brand marketing. Third, high-end equipment and emerging industries. Nanzheng Guda CNC Industrial Mother Machine Phase II, Nanzheng Runan Su-Shaanxi Collaboration Industrial Park (high-end equipment, green food & pharmaceuticals, low-altitude economy), Aviation Supporting Industrial Park, Yangxian New Energy Vehicle Electronics & Electrical Appliance Industrial Park Phase II, and Xixiang Guodong Technology Manufacturing Park are accelerating.
