河北省工业和信息化厅依据《河北省数字技术赋能制造业高质量发展实施方案》（冀政办字〔2025〕1号），面向国内注册、具有独立法人资格的企业、高等院校、科研院所和社团组织，征集2026年度“小快轻准”（小型化、快速化、轻量化、精准化）数字化产品和服务，用于丰富中小企业数字化改造供给能力、推动低成本数字化升级。
机会点：申报主体不限省内，省外单位同样可报；产品和服务需自主研发、拥有完整知识产权（经销商须提供授权文件），具有本地化服务能力、明确定位与适用场景、标准化程度高、有一定应用案例，鼓励提供免费或优惠服务。入选后纳入省“小快轻准”资源库并向社会发布，在河北省制造业数字化转型公共服务平台推广，并通过供需对接会、现场观摩、平台展示等方式对接制造业企业；鼓励OPC企业申报，可优先入库。
谁该参与：研发设计、生产制造、经营管理、运维服务、集采集销等环节的数字化产品与服务供应商，软件与工业互联网服务商，高校、科研院所及行业社团组织。
怎么参与：填写《河北省“小快轻准”数字化产品和服务申报表》（附件1），加盖单位公章后报送扫描件电子版。省内单位于10月20日前报各市工信主管部门，各市工信主管部门于10月30日前填报汇总表（附件2）；省外单位于10月30日前直接报送联系人邮箱 h***@163.com。咨询电话 0311-87829224，邮寄地址：石家庄市和平西路402号河北省工业和信息化厅。
时间窗口：省内10月20日截止，省外及地市汇总10月30日截止，逾期不再受理。

English version — Hebei Seeks 2026 Lightweight Digital Products for SMEs
The Hebei Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology is collecting 2026 "small, fast, light and precise" (Xiao Kuai Qing Zhun) digital products and services under the provincial plan for digital technology empowering manufacturing (Ji Zheng Ban Zi [2025] No. 1). The goal is to expand the supply of affordable digital upgrades for small and medium-sized manufacturers.
Who can apply: legally registered domestic enterprises, universities, research institutes and industry associations. Products must be self-developed with full intellectual property rights (distributors must provide authorization), offer localized service capability, have a clear positioning and use case, be highly standardized, and already have application cases. Free or discounted offerings are encouraged.
What you get: accepted products enter the provincial resource pool and are publicly released, promoted on Hebei's manufacturing digital transformation public service platform, and showcased through buyer-supplier matchmaking meetings, on-site visits and platform displays. OPC enterprises are encouraged to apply and get priority.
How to apply: submit the completed application form (Attachment 1) with official seal as a scanned electronic copy. Applicants inside Hebei must send it to their municipal industry and information technology bureau by October 20; municipal bureaus submit summary tables (Attachment 2) by October 30.
