English version — Shenshan Chishi Interchange Project Approved for 147.56M Yuan
Guangdong Development and Reform Commission has published a pre-approval notice for the Chishi Interchange project on the Chaohui Expressway. The project is located in Chishi Town, Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, with a 24-month construction period and a total investment of 14,755.600 yuan (147.556 million yuan). Project capital is 35% of total investment, self-raised by the construction unit, with the remainder financed through bank loans.
The scope covers 0.82 km of mainline reconstruction, 2.23 km of ramps including 1.891 km of new ramps (A, B, C, G) and 0.339 km of reconstruction of the Lianhuashan Service Area ramp (E), one new toll station with 10 lanes, and one maintenance work area, plus traffic engineering and roadside facilities. The design uses a "B-type single trumpet" scheme.
Opportunities exist for general contractors, bridge and pavement subcontractors, electromechanical and traffic safety equipment suppliers, toll station building and steel structure firms, construction machinery and materials suppliers, and financial institutions. The public comment period runs from September 30 to October 9, 2026.
