English version — Anxin County Rural Property Rights Trading Platform Open for Bids
Anxin County has issued rules requiring all rural collective asset transfers and collective construction project tenders to go through the Anxin County Rural Property Rights Trading Center, integrated into the Hebei Provincial platform. Opportunities cover forest rights, wasteland use rights, collective operating assets, collective equity, agricultural facilities and equipment, small water conservancy facilities, agricultural IP, biological assets, water rights, collective-funded construction projects above RMB 100,000, collective procurement above RMB 50,000, agricultural industry project investment and transfers, and industrial-capital farmland leasing. Eligible participants include agribusinesses, farmer cooperatives, industrial investors, equipment suppliers, construction firms and individual transferees. To participate, submit an application and identity documents to the county center, pay a deposit set by the transferor, and join online bidding via the Hebei platform; a sole qualified bidder may proceed by agreement, with contracts signed within 3 working days. Announcement periods run at least 10 working days, and transactions are accepted on a rolling basis with no fixed deadline.
