漳州市科技局近日印发通知，正式启动漳州市科技创新领军人才遴选申报工作，面向战略性新兴产业及未来产业领域选拔领军人才并给予重点培养支持。
机会点：本次计划遴选不超过5名（不含待引进人才）科技创新领军人才，培养周期为5年，入选者分三档给予100万元、75万元、50万元资金支持。遴选不限国籍，面向新一代信息技术、人工智能、集成电路、高端装备、新能源、新材料、机器人、生物医药、种业科技、低空经济等领域，分为现有人才、待引进人才两类。
谁该参与：在上述产业领域具备科研实力和成果转化能力的科技人才，尤其是45周岁（含）以下青年科技人才和企业人才（通知要求两者均不少于60%）；申报人年龄不超过50周岁。
怎么参与：申报实行逐级审核推荐，各县区及市属高校、科研院所、三甲医院等单位分配相应推荐名额，有意向者应尽快对接所在县区科技主管部门或本单位科研管理部门，争取推荐名额并按通知要求准备申报材料。入选后第3年，市科技局将牵头开展中期考核，重点评估在岗情况、科研成果、成果转化、产业带动及资金使用等情况。
时间窗口：通知已印发并启动申报，具体截止时间以市科技局通知及各单位推荐安排为准，名额有限，建议尽早对接。

Zhangzhou Municipal Science and Technology Bureau has launched the selection and application process for Zhangzhou Sci-Tech Innovation Leading Talents, offering intensive support to selected candidates in strategic emerging and future industries.
Opportunity: Up to 5 leading talents (excluding those yet to be introduced) will be selected, with a 5-year cultivation period. Selected talents receive RMB 1,000,000, RMB 750,000 or RMB 500,000 in three tiers. The selection is open regardless of nationality and covers next-generation information technology, artificial intelligence, integrated circuits, high-end equipment, new energy, new materials, robotics, biomedicine, seed technology and low-altitude economy. Applicants fall into two categories: existing talents and talents to be introduced.
Who should apply: Science and technology professionals with research strength and commercialization capability in the above fields, especially young talents aged 45 or below and enterprise talents (each at least 60% of selections); applicants must be no older than 50.
How to participate: Applications go through tiered review and recommendation. Counties/districts, municipal universities, research institutes and top-tier hospitals have allocated recommendation quotas. Interested parties should contact their local science and technology authority or their institution's research management office promptly to secure a recommendation and prepare application materials. In the third year after selection, the bureau will conduct a mid-term assessment covering on-post status, research results, commercialization, industrial impact and fund use.
Time window: The notice has been issued and applications are open; the exact deadline follows the bureau's notice and each unit's recommendation schedule. Quotas are limited, so early contact is advised.
