English version — Zhuzhou Waste-to-Energy Flue Gas Upgrade Goods Tender
Zhuzhou Public Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. has issued a public goods tender for the flue gas purification system upgrade at its municipal solid waste incineration power plant in Shifeng District, Zhuzhou, Hunan. The procurement budget is RMB 32 million, fully self-funded by the owner. The scope covers upgrading three incineration lines and building three SCR denitrification systems, including 3 SCR reactors, 3 catalyst sets, 3 SGH units, 1 ammonia water tank and 2 SCR ammonia transfer pumps, plus desulfurization optimization and online monitoring renovation. The contract period is 240 calendar days with batch delivery and installation. Bidders must hold Grade II or above Environmental Engineering Professional Contracting qualification or Grade II or above Mechanical and Electrical Engineering General Contracting qualification, plus a valid safety production license. A similar supply-and-installation track record within the past 5 years is required: a single unit with main equipment capacity of at least 350 t/d, reactor flue gas temperature between 180°C and 200°C, and NOx emission daily average no more than 100 mg/Nm³ (11% O2, dry gas, standard state). Joint ventures are not accepted; agents need exclusive authorization from the manufacturer.
