南平绿创平台常态化征集企业人才技术资金需求

南平市绿色产业创新服务平台（绿创平台）自2023年12月运营，运用大数据、人工智能对全市绿色产业开展“产业体检”，已汇聚9个主导产业数据6亿多条，梳理本地企业4729家、行业关键技术123项，绘制11条产业创新链图谱（竹产业图谱节点由82个扩充至217个），构建产业链强补固拓、靶向企业推荐、人才评价与匹配、企业价值评价、融资需求匹配等模型，面向企业常态化受理人才、技术、资金等要素需求，并对接科研团队、专利技术与金融机构。截至今年7月，平台已组织400多批次产业交流活动，服务企业900余家，累计受理企业需求542项、成功对接535项，助力企业获得投融资41.86亿元，协助策划生成科技创新项目71个。已落地案例包括：福建熊宝科技提出“特种竹质重组工程材料制备关键技术与应用”人才需求，平台推荐于文吉教授等6名专家，双方联合攻关高绝缘竹基材料并推进中试；福建省联华七贡笋业提出笋副产物资源化利用技术需求，平台联动大武夷绿色食品研发中心筛选4项适配专利，撮合企业与福建农林大学金山学院、中国科学院亚热带农业生态研究所合作，联合申报的省级科技计划项目于今年6月立项、获补助100万元；福建海源新材料科技提出2000万元资金需求，平台匹配工商银行“绿创信用贷”、兴业银行“绿创科技贷”等6款产品并联动国有担保增信，今年一季度获两家银行合计2000万元贷款。机会点在于：南平本地及周边绿色产业企业可免费或低成本提交人才引进、技术攻关、融资对接需求，由平台撮合高校院所、专利与金融机构。谁该参与：竹木加工、食品加工、新材料等绿色产业企业，高校科研团队，银行及担保机构。怎么参与：通过绿创平台线上系统或线下服务大厅提交需求，由运营团队摸排后匹配资源。时间窗口：平台持续运营，需求受理常态化，建议尽早提交。

English version — Nanping Green Innovation Platform Seeks Enterprise Talent, Tech and Financing Needs
Nanping's Green Industry Innovation Platform, operating since December 2023, uses big data and AI to map nine leading green industries, covering 60 million data records, 4,729 local enterprises and 123 key technologies, with 11 industry innovation chain maps. It runs models for talent evaluation, technology matching, enterprise valuation and financing matching, and accepts enterprise needs for talent, technology and capital on a continuing basis. As of July this year, it had organized over 400 industry exchange events, served more than 900 enterprises, received 542 needs and matched 535, helping firms obtain RMB 4.186 billion in investment and financing and generating 71 sci-tech innovation projects. Cases include Fujian Xiongbao Technology, which received six expert referrals including Professor Yu Wenji for bamboo-based insulating materials; Fujian Lianhua Qigong Bamboo Shoot Industry, which was matched with four patents and research teams from Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University Jinshan College and the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Sciences, securing a provincial project with RMB 1 million in June; and Fujian Haiyuan New Materials Technology, which requested RMB 20 million and obtained RMB 20 million in loans from ICBC and Industrial Bank in the first quarter. Green industry firms in bamboo, food processing and new materials, universities and financial institutions can submit needs via the platform's online system or offline service hall for matching. The window is ongoing.
