Ganzhou Municipal Foreign Affairs Office has issued guidelines allowing local entities to apply for a Foreign Visa Invitation Verification Letter, which helps invited foreign nationals obtain visas at Chinese embassies and consulates. Eligible applicants include Ganzhou government bodies, public institutions, and enterprises registered with market supervision authorities in Ganzhou's counties, districts, and city. This is a practical channel for local firms hosting overseas clients, technical experts, or partners for business talks, trade cooperation, and project meetings. Applicants must submit ten items, including the application and approval form, company profile, business license copy, legal representative's ID copy, proof of business ties, invitation letter, guarantee letter, visitor itinerary, passport information page, and the foreign employer's dispatch certificate. Materials go first to the Municipal Public Security Bureau Exit-Entry Administration Detachment, then to the county or district foreign affairs office, which forwards them to the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office.
