English version — Longkou Zhuyouguan 22,000-Mu High-Standard Farmland Construction Tender
Longkou City's Zhuyouguan Town People's Government has issued a public tender for general construction contracting of a 22,000-mu high-standard farmland project across 57 villages (15,000 mu new construction, 7,000 mu upgrading), funded 100% by fiscal investment under a farmland construction task assigned by the Shandong Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Scope covers land consolidation, pump houses, ditch dredging, open ditches, culverts, field roads, pipe and sprinkler irrigation, and power transmission works. Construction runs from contract signing to October 31, 2027, with planned start November 1, 2026.
The tender is reserved exclusively for small and medium-sized enterprises; large enterprises and consortiums are not accepted. Bidders must be legally registered independent legal persons in China holding water conservancy and hydropower construction general contracting Grade 2 or above, plus a valid safety production license. The project manager must hold a Grade 2 or above registered constructor certificate in water conservancy and hydropower and a valid safety production assessment certificate (Class B), with no other ongoing project.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Yantai Public Resource Trading Network from 20:00 September 30, 2026 to 20:00 October 13, 2026; a CA digital certificate is required. Bids must be submitted online by 09:00 October 22, 2026, opened at the Longkou Branch of Yantai Public Resource Trading Center, First Bid Opening Room.
